Bad boy against lifelong friend. Tutoring a rockstar vs a rent a gent business. Who will win?
(Side note: I was too lazy to write a review and wanted to try out a different review format… hope you enjoy :D)
Winner: One of the Guys
Overall just felt like One of the Guys had more depth and I really appreciate that in a good contemporary.
This was SUCH a cute review style! And most of the time the best friend wins it for me, too! I need to read One of the Guys! ❤

You should definitely read it. There’s nothing cuter than a best friend turned love interest! I love how they slowly develop into romance and how everyone around them saw it coming xD

Those kinds of romances are my favorite! ❤ Slow burn romances for the win. 🙂

This is an awesome new review style, Prima! 😀
The bad boy almost always wins for me, though. Especially in love triangles, because I feel like the friend is always made out to be whiny, and all: I was here first, you should love me. And that always irks me.
But separately, I love both the best friend and the bad boy, and I’d find it hard to choose!

Thanks! I totally get what you mean. Just because you were there first doesn’t mean you get dibs thats just so annoying.
The bad boy always has the allure of mystery and they always have so many layers that make them so interesting. But honestly, as long as the love interest has chemistry with the main character and together they give me the feels, I don’t mind either 😀
